Objective

To receive feedback from users to improve Computer Center services in order to meet the standards that have been agreed upon by both the service provider and users.

Service Scope

Provide feedback service about services of Computer Center for students, lecturers, personnel, researchers, and executives of KMUTT. Users must have KMUTT user account in order to submit the feedback (xxxxx.xxx@mail.kmutt.ac.th)

Service Steps

Service users can send their feedback or report information technology problem by online "Feedback" survey.

Service Level

  • 1. Aggregate and summarize the feedback and create a monthly report for the deputy director and executives to be used in their monthly meeting.
  • 2. Director of Computer Center and the chiefs of each division consider and approve possible service solutions and improvements at the monthly meeting.
  • 3. Improve the services and put the suggestions into practice within 2 months of the director’s approval.
