1. What should I do if I need a new telephone number?
Answer:
You need to fill in a “Telephone Service Request Form” and submit it to the Computer Center. The form can be downloaded from “Software” >> “Service Forms” or Click Here

2. What should I do if I need to change telephone usage setting such as auto divert call, call pickup group (press 08), set outgoing call password, telephone usage, multiple telephone connection, or change telephone location?
Answer:

3. How can I set up a temporary call divert to another telephone?
Answer:
Automatic call divert option can be setup on the telephone by following these steps:
1. Press * 21 *
2. Press the destination number such as 8262
3. Press #

4. How can I cancel automatic call divert option?
Answer:
Press # 21 # on the telephone.

Answer:
Staffs can activate KMUTT Google Account or register for a new one at https://accountrecovery.kmutt.ac.th/gappsregister/public/en The user manual is available at “Manual” >> “KMUTT Google Account activation manual” .

2. How can I import emails from KMUTT email to KMUTT Google Apps?
Answer:

1. What is a KMUTT Internet Account?
Answer:
An Internet Account is the ID, Name, and Username which are used for logging in to the information system and intranet system of the university such as intranet, email, and KMUTT Secure Services. There are three categories of Internet Account users; students, staff, and visitors. The Internet Account format for each category is as follows: 1. Student: Student ID such as 59XXXXXXXXX
2. Staff: First name follow by a dot (.) and the first 3 characters of last name such as name.sur
3. Visitor: Visitor accounts will be assigned by Computer Center

2. What is the process for requesting a new Internet Account for a new staff member?
Answer:
You need to fill in an “Internet Service Request Form” and submit it to the Computer Center. There are two types of form as follows:
1. For internal staff such as government official/employee or university employee/permanent employee.
2. For external staff such as project employee, temporary employee, or guest lecturer.
