Objective

Contact point for troubleshooting and inquiries about Computer Center services

Scope

This service is for problem report and provides a one-stop contact point for information about Computer Center services for students, staff, and visitors.

  • report problems and asking for information about Computer Center services
Staff
  • ๐ Receive problem report and answering questions from service users or requesters

  • ๐ Troubleshooting or contact other staff in charge

Service Point

Users can directly report a problem and contact Computer Center at the Computer Help Desk.

Service Level

The staff will answer questions and fix the problem immediately if possible. If the problem cannot be fixed immediately, they will refer it to another staff member in charge of the issue. The troubleshooting time will depend on the problem.
